CI – Continuous Integration.

A basic example is working across multiple development branches, change control, source code control, version control and merging into a main repository for testing, error detection and team collaboration. This goes hand in hand with the implementation of unit and integration tests in large and complex projects.

CD – Continuous Delivery and Deployment.
Once the previous phase is completed, this fully automated technique streamlines the deployment of the solution with the improvements and fixes developed in record time. The system compiles, runs the configured automated tests, applies configurations and deploys the solution to the corresponding production servers. However, the project manager will always have the final say together with the client to authorise the deployment to production.
This entire process allows us to deploy improvements across all our projects very quickly, with greater security, simplicity and speed, while giving our clients greater confidence. Any deployment issue is no longer a problem — rolling back to the last stable version happens almost immediately.
