We analyse current processes, real pain points and the company's context. Without this, any solution is a shot in the dark.

We assess whether the proposed solution truly addresses real needs. If it does not fit, we say so. We would rather lose a sale than generate a failed implementation.

We implement alongside the client's team, not just for them. We adapt the solution to real processes, not the other way around.

We stay until the tool becomes part of daily operations. Technology without adoption is an expense, not an investment.

ERPCloud, Clocky.Me, IAby, LetMeLeave — we develop our own platforms when market solutions do not cover what the client needs.

About how we work

How long does a digital transformation project with TBE take?

It depends on the scope. ERPCloud can be operational within 48 hours for the Lite plan, or 2-3 weeks for the Standard. Full transformation projects (ERP + services + AI) are delivered in 3-6 months, always with continuous support at every phase.

What happens if the solution does not fit after the diagnosis?

We say so. If during the diagnosis phase we detect that a solution does not fit the reality of the business, we communicate this before any budget is committed. We would rather lose a sale than generate a failed implementation.

Do you work only with your own products or also with third parties?

We work with both. We have proprietary products (ERPCloud, Clocky.Me, IAby, Rebate Management) and we offer expert services that are not tied to any specific tool. The choice is always based on what best solves the client's problem.
