The Big Tech Experience S.L. (THE BIGTECH) processes your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
2.1 Management of information requests and demos
When you submit a contact form or request a demonstration of our products, we process your data to handle your request, respond to your enquiries and manage the pre-contractual process.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in the management of commercial enquiries, and/or performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The contact forms on the Website use Formspree as a form processing service. Formspree acts as a data processor and processes data on behalf of TBE, solely for the purpose of transmitting messages submitted through those forms. Your data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards, unless required by a legal obligation or an adequacy decision by the European Commission exists.

Your request must include your full name, a copy of your national ID or equivalent identification document, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond to your request within a maximum of one (1) month, extendable by a further two (2) months in cases of particular complexity.

Although no data transmission or storage system can guarantee 100% security, TBE commits to maintaining security measures appropriate to the risk and to notifying any security breach to the competent authority and, where applicable, to those affected, within the timeframes established by applicable regulations.
