What is Talent and People?

Talent and People is the TBE platform focused on everything related to human capital: company culture, professional development, well-being, talent acquisition, and building high-performance teams. It is not a conventional HR department — it is a working philosophy that permeates every decision we make.

Why we do it

We operate in a sector where technical talent turnover is extremely high and where the gap between what companies need and what the market offers keeps widening. At TBE we decided that the best response was not to complain about that reality, but to build the environment where talent wants to stay, grow, and give its best.

Behind every ERP implemented, every AI agent deployed, every integration that works first time — there are people. Software architects, full stack developers, functional consultants, analysts, UX designers, cybersecurity experts. Without them, nothing we offer would be possible.
