What is ERPCloud?

ERPCloud's main modules

Sales

The sales module manages the complete commercial cycle: from quote creation to invoice, through orders and delivery notes, with a one-click automated workflow. It includes tariff management, customer and volume discounts, and an integrated CRM with an opportunity pipeline and lead tracking.

Purchasing

The purchasing module manages supplier orders with automatic recommendations based on real-time stock levels. It includes supplier management, purchase rates, receipts and integration with the warehouse management system's recommendations to avoid stockouts without overstocking.

Warehouse

ERPCloud provides physical, available and reserved stock in real time with support for multiple locations within the same warehouse or across different sites. It includes lot management, serial numbers, partial and full inventory counts, and complete traceability of goods movements.

Integrated POS

ERPCloud's point of sale works on any device, automatically synchronises inventory with the central warehouse and operates in offline mode when there is no internet connection. It allows managing multiple tills in the same establishment or across different stores, with cash opening and closing and automatic reconciliation.

Invoicing with Verifactu, SII and TicketBAI

ERPCloud includes out of the box compliance with all electronic tax obligations in the Spanish market: Verifactu (invoicing operations register with chained hash), SII (Immediate Supply of Information for companies enrolled in the scheme), TicketBAI for the regional tax authorities of the Basque Country and Navarre, and Factura-e for electronic invoicing with public administrations. No additional modules, no special configuration, no extra cost.

LucIA: AI-powered invoice capture

ERPCloud's LucIA module automatically captures and processes supplier invoices in PDF format using artificial intelligence. Supplier data, invoice lines and amounts are extracted without manual intervention and posted directly into the system. This module is included in the Standard and Enterprise plans.

Real-time reporting

ERPCloud includes real-time dashboards with sales metrics, margins, customer debt, sales rep rankings and performance by store or warehouse. Reports are accessible from any device without the need for manual exports or additional spreadsheets.
